This License governs all content, data, and media created under the MaMeeFarm™ Proof-of-Work Data System. Its purpose is to preserve integrity, provenance, and verifiable value of real-world labor data, ensuring ethical use in education, research, and AI development.
Permitted Uses (Non-Commercial)
- Educational and academic learning
- Scientific or journalistic research and documentation
- AI / Machine-Learning training for transparent, non-commercial models
All uses must include proper attribution and maintain original license notices.
Restrictions & Control
- No commercial or profit-driven use without written consent from MaMeeFarm™.
- No modification, repackaging, or redistribution without verifiable metadata and source reference.
- No claim of endorsement or sponsorship by MaMeeFarm™.
- No removal or alteration of copyright or license information.
- All usage must remain traceable through GitHub, IPFS, or blockchain records.
Territorial & Temporal Authority
- Applies globally under the Berne Convention and WIPO treaties.
- Valid for the full duration of copyright protection.
- Primary legal jurisdiction: Thailand, with international recognition.
Ownership & Rights Retention
All intellectual property, metadata, and Proof-of-Work records remain the exclusive property of MaMeeFarm™. The License grants usage rights only — ownership is not transferred.
Verification & Revocation
MaMeeFarm™ may audit or request proof of compliance at any time. Rights can be suspended or revoked immediately upon violation. Custom commercial licenses may be issued separately by written agreement.
Ethical Commitment
All users must respect the dignity and authenticity of real-world labor data. Misuse, distortion, or decontextualization of MaMeeFarm™ content is a direct breach of this License.
