Principle Good work should not be driven by emotion. Emotion accelerates action, but systems require stability. Reflection Emotion often creates urgency. It makes people rush, become distracted, and reach conclusions too quickly. A system requires the opposite. It requires calm. Observe. Record. Verify. Then think. When work follows this order, decisions become grounded in evidence rather than temporary feelings. System Meaning Within the DGCP framework, evidence must come before interpretation.
