However, the structural direction remains unchanged and increasingly visible: the world is moving toward traceability, transparency, and verifiable provenance.
What Did Not Change (And Why That Matters)
- No new EU AI Act dates that materially alter the phased enforcement path already in motion.
- No new WIPO PROOF issuance (the service remains discontinued for new tokens; verification of existing proofs remains possible).
